What is liCBT?
Low intensity cognitive behavioral therapy (liCBT) offers evidence-based treatment for people with mild to moderate mental health challenges. liCBT makes it possible to offer therapeutic techniques in a flexible and accessible format. It is based on the same principles and scientific findings as CBT, but expands the accessibility and availability of high-quality mental health care. ​

If there are mental, emotional or behavioral patterns you want to change, together, we can identify the problem, develop a treatment plan that is right for you and work together to achieve your mental health goals - at your own pace, in a safe and supportive environment and using effective and science-based tools. The meetings take place at my home clinic or online, in English or Hebrew.​
